All Details Regarding Android 7.0 aka Android Nougat

Google released Android N aka the Android 7.0 with a surprise in March 2016 ahead of traditional Google I/O launch and at that time it was available as Developer Preview. Soon after that the biggest company in the world launched a micro site asking suggestions on what they like to name Android N. Today Google has officially confirmed that the Android N will be named as Android 7.0 Nougat.

So that name being confirmed, it will be out for the official release after the Developer Preview 4 was released on June 16, 2016 for compatible Nexus devices.

Google has plans to introduce two new devices, this time they choose HTC as their preferred partner. Codenamed as Marlin and Sailfish, both devices will be launched in Q3 running Android 7.0 Nougat out of box.
