Apple seeds iOS 9.0.2 Update for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch compatible models with changelog.

Apple on September 30, before the Q3 ends has released the iOS 9.0.2 update. The update definitely is a minor one which brings performance improvements and several bug fixes.

The iOS 9.0.1 update was released just last week and now the iOS 9.0.2 update is available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch via Over the Air [OTA] download.

Apple has also includes changelog of this iOS 9.0.2 update. Here are the improvements seen moving from iOS 9.0.1 –

  • Fixes an issue with the setting to turn on or off app cellular data usage.
  • Resolves an issue that prevented iMessage activation for some users.
  • Resolves an issue where an iCloud backup could be interrupted after starting a manual backup.
  • Fixes an issue where the screen could incorrectly rotate when receiving notifications.
  • Improves the stability of Podcasts.

This will be the second update to newly launched iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus. Not only that it’s available for all those iDevices running on iOS 9.
