Apple to Dump Beats Music on Nov 30

The popular subscription based online music streaming services from Beats Electronics was launched in January 2014 in United States will be dumped by Apple in favor of Apple Music. Beats a proprietary company of Apple committed to put an end to Beats Music over Apple Music as running two services under same services isn’t what they want.

This announcement comes officially on the Beats Music Support page by Dale Bagwell which says –

Beats Music ends on November 30. Your subscription will be cancelled, but you can move your picks and preferences over to Apple Music right now.

All the pros that curated music for you are still crafting more amazing experiences. Plus, on Apple Music, you’ll get even better recommendations based on music you already listen to and love, 24/7 global radio with Beats 1, exciting material from your favorite artist, and more.

It’s now six months since Apple Music is around and Beats Music service didn’t accept any new subscription since June 2015. This means that plans to shut down Beats Music was since a long time but the official announcement arrives today.

Apple has further asked Beats Music subscribers to move to Apple Music. Good thing is that you can move your playlists, recommendations, library and others things that you have on Beats Music.
