After all the speculation and capitalizing on their popular Fire tablet lineup, Amazon has unveiled their first smartphone today at Seattle. All the rumors turns out to be true relating to Amazon smartphone.
The device will be called as Amazon Fire Phone and equipped with 4.7 inch 720 pixels HD display with 3D UI called as “Dynamic Perspective” in terms of Amazon words. The display screen also provides 590 nits of brightness provides superior brightness all day. Just like Fire tablets, Amazon opts to go with Fire OS 3.5 with Amazon AppStore as the Play Store replacement.
The phone is much dedicated to promotion of Amazon’s own services like Kindle hardware, Fire TV, quick easy access to Amazon store.

Amazon Fire will be available exclusively on AT&T in USA at a price of $199 for 32 GB variant along with two years contract agreement. The 64 GB variant is available at $299. There is also unlocked version of this smartphone available for pre-order on Amazon for a price of $649 and shipping will begin from July 25. As a launch offer, Amazon is offering one year of free subscription to Amazon Prime.
