Wearable devices got makeover as two of the South Korea’s largest electronic giant’s unveiled rival smartwatches. Samsung Gear Live and LG G Watch both powered with Android Wear will be the first devices to perish Google specially designed software for wearable.
While the availability in 12 countries worldwide including United States, Brazil, Russia, France, India, Dubai, Greece, Germany is confirmed in early July, reports claims that it will be available in United States via AT&T and Verizon. Furthermore, it will be available in both White Gold and Black Titan color variants with changeable straps.
The LG G Watch will be equipped with all the basic smartwatch functions like receive texts, emails, take photos, access apps but both LG G Watch and Samsung Gear Live doesn’t support making of phone calls.
The display on LG G Watch will never sleep and it can be used as a normal watch too. Powered with 400 mAh Li-ion battery you can get one day complete battery backup on single charge and furthermore water and dust resistance casing means that you can be always free with your friends. Device is compatible with any Android phone running 4.3 Jelly Bean and higher version.
