Display & Processor

Although arriving in different version of internal storage and SIM card options, everything else is same on all the three variants. We find premium aluminum alloy exterior material on the body of the device and on the front end we have the 5.2 inch display with full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. We have the pixel density out of it as 423 PPI.

Huawei on Honor 7 chooses proprietary HiSilicon Kirin 925 chipset which is the combination of 2.2 Ghz clocked quad core Cortex A53 and quad core 1.5 Ghz Cortex A53 again. There is 3 GB RAM and Mali T628 to handle graphical processing.

Software & Camera

The best thing about this phone is the rear camera which has 20 mega pixel sensor but features phase detection technology to capture quality photos alongside with Auto focus in action. There is dual LED flash as well and the camera can record 4K videos too.

8 mega pixel front facing snapper is amazing for the selfies, yes that’s what we find on Honor 7 phone. Running on custom version of Android based on 5.0 Lollipop, the Emotion UI 3.1 is very much neatly assembled.
