Clamshell Kyocera HMWH Passes Through FCC with VoLTE Support

Kyocera has a new device passed through FCC and its named as Kyocera HMWH which will be sold via Willcom in Japan. Willcom is a SoftBank subsidiary firm with around four million subscribers.

According to FCC listing, the Kyocera HMWH will be featured phone with foldable display and powered with Android operating system. It gets 3.4 inch display providing FWVGA 854 x 480 pixels resolution with LCD panel. Although this is a featured phone there is no compromised made in camera as we have 8 mega pixel rear sensor and it supports FDD-LTE 2100 MHz, 1800 MHz and W-CDMA 2100/900 MHz communication methods. Further it supports LTE UE Category 4 which is the SoftBank 4G LTE network with a downloading rate of maximum 112.5 Mbps and upload speed of up to 37.5 Mbps.

And to achieve high quality voice calls we also have VoLTE supported by the handset. Other features of the device includes Bluetooth v4.1, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, IPX5/IPX8 certification for being waterproof, dust-proof and shockproof. There is 1500 mAh battery which powers the device and phone is scheduled for mid-March 2016 release.
