Meizu Pro 5 gets Flyme 5 update as expected. This is a newest firmware concerned with Meizu powered Flyme OS smartphone and since this update is still in beta, it’s not available for via Over the Air [OTA] download, you need to side-load it manually by yourself. So this means that if you have certain experience with rooting and manually updating the phone, you can update the device as it includes few major changes moving from Flyme 5 to Flyme 5.5.11.15.

About the known features which included is the split screen modes in a multi-tasking list, auto naming of folders based on application types, a new music lock screen, intelligent SMS service menu which is more powerful than ever before, floating notice of incoming calls. Meizu announced PRO 5 smartphone in September with 5.7 inch Super AMOLED full HD display, Android 5.1 Lollipop based Flyme OS 5.0, Exynos 7420 SoC, 21 mega pixel rear camera, available in 3 GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage and 4 Gigs of RAM with 64 GB internal storage.
