Oppo U3 an unannounced phones hits the rumor mill as it’s spotted on GFXBench a database site for pre-launch benchmarking. This confirms that Oppo, the Chinese smartphone vendor is working on a new Android smartphone with U3 branding.
The Oppo U3 is supposed to be the first phone running the 64 bit architecture. While passing through the benchmarking, several specifications of the device has been revealed and display size of the device is maintained to be 4.6 inch with 5 finger gesture support (1920 x 1080 pixels resolution). It will be powered with Mediatek MT6572 Cortex A53 ARMv7 processor with Mali-T760 and 2 Gigs of RAM.
We learn that device will be low on internal memory with only 2 GB (1.1 Gb user available) but sporting beautiful 12 mega pixel primary camera and 4.7 inch front facing camera for full HD video chat and selfies with 2880 x 1728 pixels resolution.
