Samsung Galaxy C9 SM-C9000 Specs, Features & Availability Details

Samsung Galaxy C9

Samsung Galaxy C9 SM-C9000 smartphone is now officially added to to existing Galaxy C lineup.

After announcing Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7 smartphones, although exclusive for China right now, the Korean giant has launch yet another smartphone in the Galaxy C Series as Samsung Galaxy C9 SM-C9000 – bigger, better! It will be the third smartphone in the Galaxy C Series and as we talk about that.

TENAA, the telecom regulatory authority of China has approved this device last week. Here is the photo of the device while it passed through TENAA. [Source – TENAA]

The source of information is very trusted as it comes from SamMobile which provides Samsung related news. According to the report, the upcoming Galaxy C9 is codenamed as “Amy”.

The Galaxy C9 will be larger than Galaxy C7 which has 5.7 inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels full HD display. The Galaxy C9 will have much bigger display and falls in line with already available Galaxy A9 Pro 2016.

So, rounding off the specs, possibly likely –

  • 6 inch full HD Super AMOLED display
  • Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor
  • 6 GB RAM
  • 64 GB inbuilt memory
  • 16 mega pixel primary + 16 mega pixel front facing camera

This report actually confirms from insider and there is no proof that such device actually exists. So until we find this device in GFXBench or Antutu listing, the device fate hangs in air. Alternatively, it’s quite predictable considering that Galaxy J series had Galaxy J3, Galaxy J5, Galaxy J7 and Galaxy J9 and Galaxy A series had A3, A5, A7 and A9 phones, that there will be Galaxy C9 as well. We also think that there will be also Galaxy C5 Pro and Galaxy C7 Pro coming out very soon as well with Galaxy C9 Pro as well.

We can expect the November debut of this smartphone.
