Samsung myServices on Samsung Android Phones– What it offers to Consumers?

Samsung has unveiled Galaxy Grand a cheaper version of their existing phablet phone powered with Android OS. Being a leader in the smartphone industry, Samsung has done good things for smartphone users as they have introduced set of features which are really helpful from time to time. With Samsung Galaxy Note we saw S-Pen, S-Note, S Planner & other Galaxy Note apps been introduced and recent Galaxy S3 launch brings in features like Smart Stay, Popup Play, All Share, Direct Call, S Cloud and few more. With launch of Galaxy Grand in India, a dual SIM phablet phone, Samsung has introduced new service called myServices. This comes pre installed on your Galaxy Grand device right now and we might soon see this available in various other phones once they are brought up the latest Android version. We are not sure when this will be included in the Android version but we certainly see it coming to other devices as well. Certainly this looks to be experiment with a new services and this is how things are born seeing the customer response.

So what is Samsung myServices? Samsung has loaded Galaxy Grand (right now) with myServices which includes inside apps like myMovies, myMusic, myEducation, myMobileTV, myStation and myReader.

  • Samsung myMusic: Songs are the one thing we like to hear the most, with myMusic, your Galaxy Grand is loaded with 3,00,000 Bollywood, English songs powered by Hungama.
  • Samsung myMovies: Since smartphone is an entertainment device, myMusic on Galaxy Grand gives you access to huge library of 2,000 movies pre-loaded. This includes trailers, previews and reviews. So what does that mean? It means that the movie that you are looking to move to SD card of your phone might be existing here. Save you time and space, make use of myMusic.
  • Samsung myEducation: Useful content for 1 to 12th class CBSE student is loaded here. You can access it on your Galaxy Grand phone. It includes 10,000 videos, 1200 text books in pdf format and lot more.
  • Samsung myStation: myStation provides access to live performances, events, contents and lot more.
  • Samsung myReader: This app provides the access to digital newspapers, magazines and e-books.
  • Samsung myMobileTV: Last but not the least, myMobileTV provides users to access 100 live TC channels including the Hindi, regional, news, entertainment, sports channels.
