Smartisan Technology officially launches Smartisan U1 powered with Smartisan OS 2.0 & modest specs.
Smartisan a startup company has officially announced Smartisan U1, their second Android phone after last year’s debut of T1. The Smartisan U1 JianGuo is dedicated to a younger generation of people in China priced at $140 or 899 RMB.
Smartisan U1 will be alternative to famous phones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and Meizu M2 Note.
In terms of internals, the device comes with 5.5 inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and powered with 64 bit Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 SoC.

- Smartisan U1 16 GB model costs 899 RMB [$140]
- Smartisan U1 32 GB model costing 999 RMB [$156]
Definitely it will not be launched outside China.
