Sony has been leaking 6.3 inches beast phone since a long time. Code named as Togari, the device is believed to be the perfect Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 competitor to be named as Xperia Z Ultra. Earlier leaks about Togari pointed out for MWC 2013 debut it was delayed by Sony.
As a trusted source for various Xperia news and information named XperiaBlog.net has provided another leak to the device and Togari will be now called as Sony Xperia Ultra. It will be powered with 6.4 inches Triluminos X-Reality display providing 1080p full HD resolution. Under the hood, the handset will be powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad core processor chipset clocked at 2.2 Ghz along with Adreno 320 GPU. We haven’t seen any such big size announcement from Sony and Xperia Z Ultra will be extending the Xperia Z feature to 6.3 inches display.
Coming to camera specs, it will be with 8 mega pixel Exmor RS camera sensor as the primary camera and 2.2 mega pixel front facing camera used for HD face to face video chat.
Just like Xperia ZR, it will be water resistant IP55/IP 58 certified phone providing greater resistance than Xperia Z phone. It will debut with Android operating system and 4.2 Jelly Bean version will be available by stock. Just like Xperia Tablet Z it will be super slim device with dimensions of 179.2 x 92 x 6.5mm and weigh 212 grams.
