Just today morning we updated our year’s old HTC 4.3 Jelly Bean Software update post and also the upcoming Android version aka the Android 8.0 post which was leaked by Motorola couple of months back. We also told you that, before the upcoming Android O comes up we might intermediate release of Android 7.1.1 and Android 7.1.2 updates. Android 7.1.2 Nougat Update

Announced by Dave Burke via blog post, company’s VP of engineer, the consumer roll out will happen in couple of months. Quite surprisingly, Burke also listed out devices that will be included in the software roll-out plan. Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, Pixel C, Google Pixel and Google Pixel XL are the front-runner for the update. That’s not all as the update will be available to a number of smartphones including the qualifying Android One phones.

Android 7.1.2 Features

The Android 7.1.2 brings refinement over existing Android 7.1.1 which was also an intermediate release. The latter is already available for Nexus and Pixel devices. It will also include several bug fixes as reported by users running the Android 7.1.1 software version.

Many carriers will skip the Android 7.1.2 version because very soon at Google I/O we will the upcoming Android 8.0 O coming up.

Apart from that we didn’t find anything special[as of now].
