Two things will be much talked going through Quarter 4 of 2015 - one is the iPhone 6S and the second things is the Android 6.0 Marshmallow. After the newest Marshmallow hit the Nexus devices yesterday, today it turned out to be for the Android One phones in India. The Android One Marshmallow update is now available to Micromax Canvas A1 and Karbonn Sparkle V and Spice Dream Uno as reported. So that means that the first generation of Android One phones are too quick to get the Andorid Marshmallow update and that brings the Android 6.0 Marshmallow to budget lineup. Neither Google nor any of the OEM has announced the release officially but report from trusted FoneArena.com confirms the availability of Android 6.0 Marshmallow update via Over the Air [OTA].
The update via OTA is costing around 338.1 MB for all the Android One phones. It happens to be a gradual roll out process.
It's definitely surprising to us as the Android 5.0 Lollipop roll out to the smartphone was much delayed and people criticized Google for several times. But surprising everyone, here the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Android One phones. It's too quick available for the first generation of Android One phones in India.
Higher than this, Google might not roll out any further software update to first generation of Android One phones in India since they have almost reached 18 months software support period.
If you own any of the Android One phones models mentioned above, then do remove your handset and checkout for the update availability. It should be available.
