Incidentally, this is the first non-Nexus device to get Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update. The company says that their close relationship with Google in producing the Nexus 7 tablet has helped them to bag this remarkable feat. Going through the improvements & features of Android 4.2.2 it’s pretty clear that it’s a bug fix update as there are no major improvements or features included. This update includes several improvements and enhancement as well as the official press release from Asustek says that it includes stability improvements, multiple user account logins.

This update is available over the air for the Transformer Pad owners via free download starting today. This will be rolled out in other countries soon within a week or two.
