AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 2 sees off Android 4.3 Jelly Bean via Over the Air update.

Amid lot much happening with Android 4.4.2 Kitkat and Nexus, Google Play Edition devices, there are many phones still to be updated to 4.3 Jelly Bean. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is one of the recent devices to receive the 4.3 Jelly Bean update and as expected the update to Samsung’s 2012 Note brings a large number of features included. Biggest of them, Galaxy Gear smartwatch should be now compatible with your Note 2 phone and it also introduces Knox enterprise security suite. Furthermore, this update brings all the premium features that are found on Galaxy Note 3 like multi window mode, Easy mode, simplified UI and Galaxy S4 features like Sound and Shot in camera.Samsung Galaxy Note 2

The update is rolled out via over the update and you might receive notification on your device if you are using AT&T network. If it doesn’t show up, you can manually request for update by going through Settings > About phone > Software updates. After the update you should be able to see the build number as I317UCUBMK6.

This mightn't satisfy the Galaxy Note 2 owner as 4.4 Kitkat update is known to them as the latest version of Android and we might soon see roll out to 4.4 Kitkat as well.
