AT&T to stock Huawei Mate 10 Pro; Mysterious BLA-A09 Spotted in Leaks

Huawei being world’s second largest phone manufacturer has lack of retail sales in the United States. It normally focuses on selling its smartphones in Europe, its home place China and some Asian countries. Though its lack of retail sales Huawei has sold 39 million phones in the third quarter of the year, only next to Apple. Huawei CEO of consumer group Richard Yu confirmed that its aim is not only to cross Apple but Samsung too. He added ” We will overtake them definitely. That’s our destiny. Maybe I’m not humble- but nobody can stop us”.

Huawei new device Mate Pro 10 Pro has been revealed to exist and the company shook hands with US carrier AT&T for its sales. Notably, the BLA-A09-att-us was the firmware obtained and the BLA-A09 is a variant of BLA-L09 the international variant of the device.

The speculations have been from past couple of weeks and the company has pretty much made it official. Huawei will carry only Mate 10 Pro in the United States and not even Huawei Mate 10.

Some of the specifications of Huawei Mate 10 Pro has been leaked as the device is expected to have large 6-inches OLED display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, dual rear cameras with a 12 mega pixel RGB sensor, one 20 mega pixel monochrome sensor, 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB storage and IP-67 water and dust resistant ratings and a 4000 mAh Lithium-ion battery. It’s expected to run Android Oreo 8.0 version with EMUI 8.0 on top.

The Huawei Mate 10 Pro smartphone is expected to be priced at $943 USD. Huawei has launched the big screen 6 inch Mate Pro 10 to beat its competitors with the large screen display of devices like Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Google Pixel 2 XL, and Apple iPhone 8 Plus.
