Is HTC A11 launching in 2017 instead of 2014, as first planned?
Mid range smartphone is in demand more than anything else because flagship phones by Samsung, LG and HTC are priced too high in comparison with local brands flagship phones. Samsung was successful due to success in both mid-range and low-end smartphones. With incumbent Desire series, HTC is willing up to add yet another budget phone to the series. The device as of now is codenamed as A11 but in future it might be getting up any Desire name from 901, 910, 950, 850, 810, 710, 750 or any other three digit number.
Evleaks is gone but Upleaks is here to stay as the new Twitter leakster. In a series of tweets, Upleaks revealed some of the HTC A11 photos, pictures and almost full specifications of the device. The device will be headed to Sprint along with availability in unlocked handset and rumored specs reads out – 4.7 inch WVGA touchscreen display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 5 mega pixel primary camera, VGA front facing camera, Android 4.4.2 Kitkat with Sense 6.0 by default.
Excluded in this HTC Desire variant is – BoomSound speakers (will come with one manufactured by CompalComm) and you will have to buy out Beats headset separately.
