HTC Corporation has come up with a new smartphone, named as Desire 400 Dual SIM to be available in couple of regions like Russia and Ukraine. Talking about HTC, they have reasonably done well in Russia and adjoining countries. The idea of Dual SIM phone isn’t bad either as it’s the reason why local brands are having a word to say. This announcement comes after HTC Desire 600, 501 and 700 dual SIM phone announcement in India.
Going through the specifications as according to Russia’s HTC Site, the device will come out with 4.3 inch display and powered with ideal quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 Ghz supported with 1 GB RAM. There is 8 mega pixel primary camera and 1.6 mega pixel front facing camera as well.
According to the Ukrainian HTC site listing of Desire 400 Dual SIM, it will be equipped with 5 mega pixel primary camera and VGA front, while HTC.com says the device will be with 8 mega pixel primary camera and 1.6 MP front cam. Both site agree’s that smartphone will be with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of box on top of HTC Sense UI and with BlinkFeed integration.

Through the 1800 mAh battery you can expect 12 hours of talk time on 3G network.
