May 2013 is the best month for HTC since June 2012 when sales are concerned. Without any doubt, all the credit goes to HTC One phone. Inspired by its recent short but important success, HTC announces availability of Desire XDS a Desire X dual SIM variant available via various online retailers right from June 5, 2013.
Desire XDS is available in China since last year as T329W and this includes dual SIM support with dual standby mode. Features are quite similar to Desire X sporting 4 inches capacitive touchscreen display providing 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It’s powered with 1 dual core processor clocked at 1 Ghz with 768 MB RAM and comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system version out of box.
HTC Corporation recently launched Desire U smartphone in India and coming back to Desire XDS it features 5 mega pixel auto focus camera on the rear side with LED flash & doesn’t include front facing camera. Beats Audio certainly interests the music lover although no Beats headphones are provided in the box content. 1600 mAh battery provides the necessary juices to run the device for one complete day normal usage. Internal storage is limited to 4 Gb but micro Sd card slot supports storage up to 32 GB in size.
