- Download the copy of OTA zip file from the source link below to your device memory.
- Turn off your device so that you can enter it in recovery mode. Recovery mode on HTC One Max can be entered by pressing the Volume Down key + Power button together at once until HBOOT screen.
- Go to “Apply from phone storage” or “Apply from SD card” and locate the zip file location on your device as you need to select the device.
- Now when the flashing is done, wipe the cache partition and then reboot the device.
Your HTC One Max has been update to Android 4.4.2 Kitkat. You can confirm this by going through About Phone under Settings.
