After achieving success in the mobile industry, Reliance Infocomm is ready to revolutionize Satellite TV and electronics item industry. They have plans to launch JIO DTH, 5G and a new 4G JIO laptop.
Reliance JIO 4G Laptop
Reliance has plans to come up with an ultra-cheap 13.3″ Jio Macbook clone. It will bring much-needed diversification to the JIO ecosystem as a brand will future expand in India.
The all-new Reliance laptop comes with a 4G SIM card slot supporting VoLTE connectivity. This will enable you to make HD voice calls as well. But we are waiting for confirmation about the SIM card slot on Jio Laptop – will this be for only data or will include a provision to make calls as well?
JIO is the fastest network in India with practically incomparable speed. It’s a future-proof network, i.e., it will be very easy for them to roll out 5G services.
It looks like the laptop will be either running on Chrome OS or Windows 10 OS out of the box. The relevant version of JIO apps will also be released as well.

In terms of technical specifications, the laptop is believed to feature a 13.3-inch display with full HD resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Jio Laptop Release Date:
Reliance is currently planning to launch JIO DTH services and the work is in full swing. Once it’s got rolled-out, Jio 4G Laptops will be released.
We are estimating the launch date of these laptops in Q4, 2017.
Jio 4G Laptop Price
The JIO 4G laptop will be priced at nothing more than Rs 9,999. JIO Prime customers might get additional benefits.
Just like LYF smartphones which are Chinese rebranded smartphones, the JIO 4G laptop will be manufactured by Foxconn for InFocus.
