Looks like LG has taken things to far more than expected with L series of smartphone which were launched at MWC 2012 i.e., last year. Reports say that LG has sold around 10 million of handsets of only L-series worldwide and I think these stats are just enough to lure the Korean giant (not Samsung but LG here) to come up with Optimus L7 Dual.
LG Optimus L7 Dual
Originally Optimus L7 has few pluses and negatives which includes faddy touchscreen support and tacky camera. LG always believe in today and Russian site Hi.tech-mail.ru have come up with the picture of L7 dual SIM smartphone to be available in Russian from February 2013.
It will be featuring the 4.3 inches IPS LCD touchscreen display with multi touch support. It will be bumped up with 1 Ghz dual core processor with unknown architecture and packs better 8 mega pixel camera on the rear side with 720p HD video recording. It packs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box and comes with LG’s home brewed QSlide, QuickMemo and QuickTranslator apps.
LG Optimus L7 Dual has following specifications –
- 4.3” IPS LCD touchscreen display
- 1 GHz dual core processor
- 8 mega pixel rear side camera
- 720p HD video recording
- Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS
- Wi Fi, Wi Fi tether
- 2460 mAh battery
LG Optimus L7 Dual is priced at 12,990 Rubles which is equal to $ 430 in US currency which we think is high price. Alternatively you can get beautiful Nexus 4 at $ 300.
