LG Mobiles has officially launched LG Ray X190 smartphone in Russia. It will be up against many other budget phones which are priced under 15,000 Rubles in Russia.
The LG Ray X190 is equipped with 5.5 inch On-Cell display and powered with Octa core Mediatek MT6592M processor running on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of box.
The phone features 3G Dual SIM connectivity which means it lacks 4G.
