Launched in China, the Samsung’s selfie dedicated smartphone, aka Galaxy C9 Pro is now ready for international variants availability as SM-C900F smartphone gets WiFi certified. The Galaxy C9 Pro SM-C9000 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box and it will be among the first batch of devices to get the Android 7.0 Nougat update.
Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Nougat Update
It’s sad to see that we only have limited number of smartphones available and running on the Android 7.0 Nougat still. Only a handful of devices has got this update via Over the Air download. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is the Samsung’s pride which made it to the list of best smartphones with 6 Gigs of RAM inside them. As such, Samsung will definitely put forth the Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone ahead of other Galaxy handsets in terms of the software update.
The Galaxy C9 Pro Android 7.0 Nougat update will be roll-out possibly in April or May 2017. That’s actually a long period of time because, at that time, the Galaxy C9 Pro [China version] will be almost five to six months old.
Even the Galaxy C9 Pro carrier variants too will get the update. But since they are not yet launched, the update will be delayed. We are hoping to see Samsung shipping Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone with Android 7.1 Nougat or atleast Android 7.0 version, out of the box.
Among the features included it will bring all new version of TouchWiz along with general Android 7.0 Nougat features. Accordingly and officially, the Android 7.0 build includes more than 250 major and minor features but we have just listed some of the best features at the link above.
