Samsung America has officially launched two new notebook for United States market. Dubbed as Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin 15.6 and Samsung Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin 13.3 are the two new 2-in-1 convertible laptops. While rotating laptops are not new to us, the key feature that Samsung is advertising with these notebook is the fast charging.
Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin Notebooks
The Samsung Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin notebooks are direct competitor to Lenovo Yoga tablets but only limited to United States market as of now.
The Samsung Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin 13.3 comes with 13.3 inch touchscreen display with 1920 x 1080 pixels full HD resolution. It’s powered with 6th gen Intel Core i5 processor clocked at 2.3 Ghz coupled with 8 GB of DDR4 RAM and 1 TB of HDD storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin is 13.3 is priced at $ 799.99 and runs on Windows 10 out of box.
The Samsung Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin 15.6 comes with traditional 15.6 inch touch full HD display. It’s powered with Intel’s i7 processor clocked at 2.5 Ghz and available in two options of –
- 12 GB DDR4 RAM with 1 TB HDD Price – $ 999.99
- 16 GB DDR4 RAM with 1 TB HDD + 128 GB SSD Price – $ 1199.99
You have a backlit keyboard, HDMI port, 1x USB 3.0 port, 2x USB 2.0, 1x USB Type C port, 3 inch one multi card reader, SoundAlive and RJ45 port are common for both.
The 13.3 inch Notebook 7 Spin is with 40 Wh battery while the 15.6 notebook here gets 45 Wh battery with quick charging option.
Talking about fast charging, 13.3 inch Notebook 7 Spin gets full charged in 100 minutes while the 15.6 inch model does that within 90 minutes.
Both the Samsung Galaxy Notebook 7 Spin notebooks are available for purchase from Samsung.com America website and Bestbuy.com.
