Samsung is reluctant to get back into smartphone business especially after the huge Galaxy Note 7 crisis and with the arrival of brands like LeECO, Xiaomi, ZTE they have lost the plot in entry level and mid-range smartphones. All they do is to launch device every month or so. After teasing out Galaxy On Nxt, the device goes official following a press event. Its a new device in the Galaxy On series.
The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt comes with full metal body and its powered with Octa core processor. It will be a Flipkart exclusive smartphone and yet another ‘made for Diwali‘ smartphone.
We also spotted exclusive Flipkart page for this device. Some reports on the web claims that this will be re-branded version of Galaxy J7 Prime for sale in India and truly it is. The Galaxy J7 Prime was announced in August this year with 5.5 inch full HD display and powered with in-house Exynos 7870 Octa core processor with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt storage.
Comparing to Galaxy J7 Prime, it comes with 32 GB inbuilt memory instead of 16 GB. That’s only the change that we see on the device.
