The major difference in Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 3 happens to be in terms of display screen size as Note 3 is with 5.7 inch while Galaxy S5 is with 5.1 inch and both adopts Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
