Sony after their successful campaign at CES 2013, announcing Tablet Z and Xperia Z smartphone to the world as their flagship phone, is now ready for Mobile World Congress which is arriving very fast due next month. With Huawei came out with Ascend Mate a 6.1 inches phablet, there are rumours that Sony Mobiles is gearing up for the go with an enormous 6.44 inches display phone. Sony Xperia Phablet Phone

A leaked Xperia phablet phone is said to come up as it’s been said that Japan based company is working on the glass panel of device right now. Every tech blog and website is writing about upcoming XPeria Phablet. Japan based smartphone giant is planning to come up with the above said smartphone which is very close to 7 inches phablet

Some of the standard specifications of the upcoming phablet as we assume it will come up with 2.3 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974 processor along with 3 GB RAM and Adreno 330 taking care of the processing unit. It will include 13 mega pixel camera on the rear side, front facing unknown camera of 2 mega pixel sensor. It will include the 4G LTE support. The smartphone comes with 32 GB internal storage capacity and we assume that it will also include micro SD card slot unlike Xperia S smartphone.

So to wind it up, Xperia Phablet phone will be available for hands-on at Mobile World Congress 2013 to be held in the last week of February this year. More details of the phablet will be revealed during the press launch of it. While Sony is still loving to include the high-end features on its tablet, Samsung has the reverse strategy coming with Galaxy Tab 3 to be priced at $ 150.
