Priced at Rs 3333, the Swipe Elite Star is the cheapest 4G VoLTE Android phone available in India. Specifications-wise, the Swipe Elite Star has 4 inch WVGA [800 x 480 pixels] display and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of box. Company has customized the overall software user interface and we have IndusOS UI on top. Apart from English as the default language, it also supports 12 regional Indian languages like Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, etc., and has database of more than 200,000 popular words.
Just like any other Swipe Android smartphone, it’s a dual SIM with dual standby handset. There is 5 mega pixel rear camera with dual LED flash and 1.3 mega pixel selfie camera on the front. A 2000 mAh Lithium-ion removable battery powers up the Elite Star smartphone and could easily last for more than a day of normal usage. It’s powered with 1.5 Ghz quad core processor [chipset unspecified] coupled with 1 Gigs of RAM and 8 GB total internal storage. Although you don’t get full 8 GB for use, as more than 1 GB is consumed by system. Storage can be further expanded by adding a microSD card in the dedicated card slot, supporting up to maximum 32 GB storage size. Other connectivity options includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It comes with Gesture support, Elegant Design, Flipkart, Daily Hunt, Opera Mini, Google apps and Indus Reader app pre-installed.
