The Upcoming iPhone to Feature Fast Charging & Tap to Wake

Apple iPhone Fast Charging

The rumors of upcoming iPhone 9 and iPhone 9 Plus are on high but it looks like that we will have iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus this year. So the iPhone 7s is the upcoming iPhone. There are a number of iPhone 2017 rumors that hit the headlines in the past months and it will continue to do so until the device is officially announced.

Upcoming iPhone

We have reports from Forbes that the next iPhone will feature fast charging and tap to wake feature. Both are important features and are already available on Android. Fast charging is something that no iPhone has it yet. It’s quite a fact that you can quickly charge your iPhone using iPad charger than your iPhone’s charger that came along with your device. Almost all Android phone has fast charging option and it has now become saturated technology. And when any technology becomes saturated, it gives you better performance. That means that you are on the safe side and doesn’t want to get into the wrong news. Furthermore, history tells you that iPhone has always used saturated technology, something we refer them as older tech specs.

Sonny Dickson is a tipster who has predicted that upcoming iPhone, whether its iPhone 7s or iPhone 8, let’s call it an iPhone 2017 will have a battery which supports quick charging. This is thanks to ‘Tristar 3, Hydra chip’ which is given the task to manager charging ports. That means that it isn’t going to be Qualcomm Quick Charge. Possibly it will be included as a feature in USB 3.1.

And Tap to Wake up is a feature found on many Android phones, even entry-level phone does have that.

More iPhone 9 rumors are coming. Keeping watching.
