One of the XDA developers, hoping that he is the Android 2.1 Eclair powered Defy phone owner has managed to port Android 4.4 Kitkat on to the phone. As of now he has stated that it’s the alpha release means there will be plenty of bugs which will be fixed in upcoming beta releases. So for this update on your phone, you should install the Clock Work Mod Recovery on your phone and nothing less than CWM v10 should be installed on your phone.
