After launching P55 Novo, Panasonic India has officially introduced Panasonic P88 smartphone with 4G VoLTE [Voice Over LTE] network support. Priced at Rs 9290, this wonderful piece of smartphone from the house of Panasonic brings the best in rear camera photography with 13 mega pixel snapper with triple LED flash. That’s the major feature of Panasonic P88 smartphone.

In terms of specifications, the Panasonic P88 comes with 5.3 inch IPS display with better viewing angles and screen gets 2.5D curved Asahi enhanced glass protection. So that means you shouldn’t be worried of scratches or any normal wear and tear. The display resolution was identified to be 1280 x 720 pixels. At the heart of it, we have the quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz with 2 Gigs of RAM, however the chipset maker wasn’t disclosed in the press release.

It’s a dual SIM handset running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of box. Apart from primary camera, it has a special distinguishing feature of ‘Android for Work‘, a feature through which phone owners can separate their business apps from that of personal ones.

On the front we have 5 mega pixel front facing camera with LED flash and has 16 GB of total internal storage. It can be further expanded using a microSD card in the microSD card slot supporting storage up to 128 GB in size. The 2600 mAh battery on the phone keeps the light on. There is no fingerprint sensor on the device. It will be available in Gray and Gold colors.

Commenting on the launch, Pankaj Rana, Business Head at Panasonic Mobility Division said “We continue to cater our customers with differentiated product. The Panasonic P88 is for mobile photography lovers.”

In the month of September, Panasonic P77 was announced and in October Eluga Tapp went official. Panasonic P66 is another phone in the P Series released earlier this year.
