Xiaomi has finally put an end to rumors relating to Redmi Note 2 and Note 2 Prime smartphone as they have officially announced both the handset powered with Helio X10 chipset.
As said, MIUI newest version MIUI 7 was also part of the launch event. Newly launched phones comes with same size as that of its predecessor but gets upgraded in terms of display resolution.
The Redmi Note 2 is powered with Helio X10 processor, Octa core chipset running 64 bit Cortex A53 processor along with 2 Gigs of RAM and 16 GB internal memory. It will be available in two variants – TDD-LTE & TD-SCDMA and second one with TDD-LTE & FDD-LTE support.
