Unlike last month, when we made many smartphones passing through several benchmarking sites. This month we have spotted only a few smartphones. Spotted today at GFXBench is all new ZTE Z986.
According to the listing, it looks like that ZTE is preparing for a large size smartphone. Codenamed as ZTE Z986, the device will be mid-range smartphone. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat version out of the box and it’s the first ZTE phone to carry the latest Android version.
While passing through the benchmark, some of the major specifications of ZTE Z986 were revealed. It’s equipped with 6-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels full HD resolution. Under the hood, it’s powered by 2 GHz Octa-core processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset and 2 GB of RAM.
As per the list, there is 16 GB of internal storage and has a micro SD card for expanding the storage through memory card.
From the camera assembly, we have a 13 mega pixel snapper on the rear side with LED flash, auto-focus, face-detection, and HDR. There is 5 megapixel front facing camera for selfies.
It will include all the basic smartphone features like micro-USB 2.0, Bluetooth, WiFi, WiFi tether.
Just like most of the ZTE phones, it might be limited for sale in China only. Since it has cleared GFXBench, it will be announced anytime soon. Stay tuned for further updates.
