Huawei V8 Max with 6.6″ AMOLED Display Gets TENAA Approval

Huawei V8 Max

The upcoming Huawei V8 Max is almost a size of a phablet, yet it’s called as smartphone. This device by Huawei Technologies was certified by Chinese regulatory TENAA and according to the listing device sports 6.6 inch display.

Size of smartphone with 6 inch display is considered to be too huge for a smartphone and for a device with 6.6 inch display is really weird according to us. This is not the first time that we see smartphone with 6 inch display this year. First Xiaomi with Mi Max set the trends with 6.44 inch display and Asus ZenFone Ultra too followed the same trend.

The Huawei V8 Max is an amazing handset sporting AMOLED panel with Quad HD resolution. It will be powered with in-house Kirin 950 system on chip, Octa core processor to be clocked at 2.3 Ghz.

It has 2 Gigs of RAM and comes with 32 GB internal memory on the device. The phone gets 13 mega pixel rear camera and 8 mega pixels front facing camera. There is the huge 4400 mAh battery on the device, bigger phone do really need that.

The Mi Max is already in the market, while the ZenFone Ultra will be out slowly in coming weeks. That’s the advantage Mi Max has right now.

So in coming months, the fight of Huawei V8 Max vs Xiaomi Mi Max vs Asus ZenFone Ultra will be much bigger than anticipated. It should need a real effort from V8 Max and Asus phones here to beat the heat of Xiaomi because Mi Max is priced very economically.
