Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 2016 SM-G532 has now passed GeekBench and GFXBench website. The GeekBench listing confirmed the device existence with model number SM-G532. Since there is GFXBench listing available, a lot of specifications except battery size is now known to us.
Accordingly, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 2016 will come with 5 inch display, it’s not HD but it’s qHD. And in terms of processor we have the Mediatek’s MT6737T Octa core processor and Samsung this time didn’t opt for Snapdragon processor. Instead by choosing Mediatek’s processor, it’s clear that they want to keep the price in check. Maybe that was the reason we didn’t had any Galaxy Prime phones last year. And Mediatek powered devices such as Xiaomi Redmi 3 and Meizu M3 Note are very popular, even LG and Samsung have opted for Mediatek’s chipset, then why not go for it!
Moving on, in terms of specs we have the 2 GB RAM with 8 GB internal memory with a micro SD card slot.
