Huawei Technologies launches Honor Play 5 smartphone for the Chinese, available for pre-order via vmall. Earlier this handset was rumored to be launched as Honor Play 5X but eventually launched as Play 5.
Huawei Honor Play 5 comes with decent 5-inch display but powered with 64-bit quad core Mediatek MT6735 processor and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of box. Its a dual SIM handset with 4G LTE connectivity and includes 16 GB internal memory with 2 Gigs of RAM.
The best thing about the Honor Play 5 is its battery life which can easily provide you up to 3 days of normal usage and up to 2 days on heavy usage. The device has 13 mega pixel camera on the rear side with LED flash and OmniVision BSI sensor, 28mm wide-angle lens. There is is also 5 mega pixel front facing snapper as well too.

Huawei Honor Play 5 is currently sold in China only at a price of of RMB 999 [US $157 or Rs 10,200] and its available for purchase at vmall with delivery on October 16. No word on global roll out has been said. Grey, White and Gold color are available.
