Google hasn’t officially announced the Android 8.0 name. It may be named Android Oreo or Android Oatmeal.
OnePlus 3T Android 8 Release Date
The OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T will get the Android 8.0 O update (name yet to be confirmed) will get the update by December 2017. The company officially has confirmed this news that they will start working on the corresponding Oxygen OS build as soon as they receive the source code.

OnePlus 5 Android O Update
Apart from the OnePlus 3 & 3T, OnePlus 5 will also get the Android 8.0 update. Infact it might be the first OnePlus phone to get this newest software by Google. You can go through the list of phones expected to get the Android O update.
