Samsung Galaxy J4 2018 leaked with model number SM-J400F

Apart from flagship Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus smartphones, Samsung has plans to unveil several smartphones in 2018. One among the many entry-level smartphones by Samsung might be the Samsung SM-J400F. The rumors smartphone could take up the name as Samsung Galaxy J4(2018).

The Samsung Galaxy J4 SM-J400F was spotted on GeekBench and looks to be an entry-level smartphone. It has a quad-core, 1.4 GHz processor on the inside. It’s equipped with proprietary Exynos 7570 chipset and has 2 GB of RAM inside. Quite surprisingly it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo version out of the box.

The alleged device has a score of 623 for the single-core and 1815 for the multi-core in the GeekBench. The GeekBench results might not show up accurate data but it does confirm the existence of the device.

For Samsung, the Galaxy J series of smartphones is known for entry-level and mid-range smartphones. Recently Galaxy J2 Pro (2018) was unveiled which carries 5-inch 960 x 540 Super AMOLED display and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box. It runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset with 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB inbuilt storage. It’s priced at Rs 8490 in India (approximately US $120). If launched, the Galaxy J4 2018 model could be priced at $130 to $140.
